i feel like i run like an idiot so i feel self-conscious when cars pass me by on the road.but then i remind myself i’ll look good in the end.

my excuses today were: i’m tired, it’s freezing out, it’s 9 pm, i have to write this essay.saw this, and i think i’m gonna go for a run now.

Remember how it first felt when you started losing weight? When the number on the scale got smaller and smaller, when your clothes got bigger and bigger, when your confidence level went higher and higher. Don’t let that feeling get taken away from you.
